What we collect

  • Order details: your email address, the room photo you upload, the children's first names you give us, your country, and the video we make.
  • Payment: Stripe processes payment. We do not receive your full card number.
  • Site and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookie data.
  • Email list: your email address, if you sign up for updates.

You must give the photo, names and email address to place an order. Without them we cannot make or deliver the video.

How we use it

  • To make, deliver, fix and support your video, and to take payment.
  • To send you marketing emails about our products.
  • To measure and improve our ads, site and business, including with advertising partners (see Cookies).
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Legal bases (UK and EU)

  • Contract: to make and deliver your order.
  • Legitimate interests: marketing emails to customers about similar products, business analysis, fraud prevention and site security.
  • Consent: the email list, and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect earlier use.
  • Legal obligation: tax and accounting records.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run the service for us: payment, hosting, AI video generation, speech checks and email delivery.
  • Advertising partners (for example Meta and TikTok), for site and cookie data only, if you accept advertising cookies.
  • Authorities or others where the law requires it, and a buyer of our business if we sell it.

These providers may process data in the USA and other countries. For data from the UK or EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) or the EU-US / UK-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

  • Room photo and children's names: until the order is complete, including any remake period. Then we delete them.
  • Video: until your video link expires.
  • Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or object.
  • Site data: as long as needed for the purposes above.

Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work. With your consent, we also use advertising cookies and pixels (for example from Meta and TikTok) to measure and target our ads. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

Our service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian gives us the children's first names.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in each email. In the UK and EU you can also object to or restrict our use, ask for data portability, and complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). Residents of some US states and other countries may have similar rights under local law.
