Remakes

If Santa says a name wrong or misses a name, or the video has a clear fault, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We remake the video or refund it, at our choice.

Refunds

We refund in full if we do not deliver your video within 72 hours of payment, or if we cannot fix a faulty video. Otherwise, all sales are final. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect rights that your local consumer law gives you and that we cannot limit (for example, in the UK, the EU or Australia).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you ask your bank for a chargeback. We usually fix problems faster.
