Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and NonZero LLC (formerly Compact Facts LLC) ("we", "us"), 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502, USA, email help@santastoppedby.com, for use of SantaStoppedBy.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Notice and our Refund Policy.

1. The service

We make a short personalized video from your room photo and the first names you give. You get a link by email to watch and download it.

The video is generated with artificial intelligence (AI). Each video is unique, may contain visual imperfections, and may differ from our samples.

2. Orders

You must be 18 or older to order. The price shows at checkout, including any taxes we must charge. Stripe processes payment. We may refuse or cancel any order; if we cancel after payment, we refund it.

3. Your content

By uploading a photo and giving names, you confirm that you have the right to use them, and that they are not unlawful or offensive. You give us a license to use them to make, deliver and fix your video. You are responsible for the content you give us.

4. Delivery

We usually deliver within 24 hours. If you do not receive your video within 72 hours of payment, we refund you in full.

5. Your use of the video

You may use and share the video for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell it. Anyone with your link can watch the video. The link expires after 30 days; after that the video may be deleted and we cannot recover it. Download it to keep it.

6. Right to cancel (UK, EU and similar laws)

The video is digital content made for you. At checkout you ask us to start at once and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once we start. This does not affect your rights if the video is faulty.

7. Liability

  • We provide the service "as is", as far as the law allows.
  • As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights that the consumer law of your country does not allow us to limit (for example, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer law, or the Australian Consumer Law).

8. Our site and content

Do not misuse, disrupt or copy the site or service. The site, brand and Santa content belong to us.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Pennsylvania, USA. Consumers in the UK, the EU, Australia and other countries whose law gives this right may also bring a claim in their home courts.
